NP Leanne Gronemeyer – Family Medicine

NP Leanne Gronemeyer was born in Denver, Colorado.

She spent many years residing out of state while attending Vanderbilt University and Oklahoma University for her advanced degrees.

She returned home to Colorado 8 years ago to join Health Solutions.

She has been in the medical field 36 years and has been an advanced practice nurse for 17 years specializing in pediatrics and family medicine.

She has had many experiences to draw from being an RN in a hospital for many years, nurse manager, women’s healthcare, school nurse, pediatric practitioner, family medicine practitioner, and treating substance use disorders.

She has worked in emergency rooms and urgent care clinics. Leanne has a passion for serving people from all backgrounds providing the best health care possible.

She believes in treating the “whole person” giving attention to both medical and behavioral health needs.

The outdoors is her playground, where she likes to hike, bike, ski, garden, and trail run with her dog Ollie, a Border Collie rescue.

Leanne gladly accepts patients of all ages and looks forward to serving you and your family.
